How Candidates Were Shortlisted for CBTST
- Candidates have been shortlisted on the basis of their merit in CBT-2, category-wise, provided that the candidate has scored more than the CBT-1 cut-off of his or her community.
- Candidates shortlisted by availing reservation benefits of OBC (NCL), SC, ST, EWS, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen will continue to be considered only against those categories in all later stages.
- Shortlisting for Document Verification will be done on the basis of performance in both CBT-2 and the CBTST.
- Roll numbers in the PDFs are arranged in ascending order, not in order of merit.
- The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional. Being called for the CBTST does not give any right to an appointment in the Railways.
